Objective to study effects of electronic organ practice on children''''s low-middling-gradeametropic amblyopic . Methods 11 children all of tow-eyes amblyopia , stop halfway the common amblyopiatreatment three months at least ,the sight progresses less than one line ,the entry-level electronic organtrains a year , check sight and stereo . Result 9 eyes (40.9%) were cured ,7 eyes (31.8%) were advancement, 6 eyes (27.3%) were inefficacy ,10 in 11 patients'''' stereo vision were improved more than 20 second .Conclusion Learning key board instrument is beneficial for popularize when it combine with therapy ofamblyopic children.
目的探讨电子琴视谱练习对轻中度屈光不正弱视治疗的效果。方法 11名儿童均为双眼弱视,注视性质为中心注视,己中止普通弱视治疗至少三个月,视力进展少于一行,立体视改善少于20秒(Titmus立体视检测图),全部1%阿托品眼膏点眼,每天3次,3天后电脑、检影验光,常规处方配戴矫正眼镜3周后,作为期一年的初级电子琴训练,检查视力及立体视锐度。结果视力:治愈9眼(40.9%),进步7眼(31.8%),无效6眼(27.3%);立体视:11名中10名立体视锐度提高>20秒。结论少儿学习键盘乐器弹奏有益于开发智力,陶冶情操,增加兴趣,是一项非常有益的早期教育活动,在全国各地都得到普遍开展,融入弱视患儿的治疗中,无疑是一举多得,值得我们继续探究和推广。 |
