案发已经一年半 农民的损失谁来赔
花了100多万元买的假种子致1600余亩土地经济损失上千万元，犯罪嫌疑人也抓了，但损失的种植户却被告知过了收获季节，较难估价。多级倒卖，层层剥皮 淘金城。非法经营种子的几方都赚钱了，如今出了事，却无人为之买单。
北方春耕在即，记者深入内蒙古自治区多伦县、正蓝旗等地，还原这起恶劣坑农事件的真相。
“这种子可坑死人了，那些奸商太可恶了！”记者在多伦县大北沟镇白音坤兑村见到刘德明时，这位农业合作社的负责人正在为即将到来的春耕生产犯愁，“出事到现在已经一年半了，你说啥时候能给个说法呢？”他眼中充满了无奈。
刘德明的种植专业合作社成立于2013年底。当时，胡萝卜产业已在当地迅速崛起，每亩最高产值达1.2万元。看这产业挣钱，乡亲们出钱、出地、出人，跟着刘德明在地里起早贪黑忙活一夏天。然而秋后一算账，却赔了120多万元 淘金城。“这些胡萝卜外形难看 淘金城，产量极低，根本没人愿意要。”村民卢金义说。
赔个底朝天的远远不止德明合作社一家，提供种子的内蒙古正蓝旗金丰蔬菜有限责任公司总经理李光说，栽种这批种子的1625亩土地均出现白音坤兑村的情况。
2014年11月，该企业向内蒙古正蓝旗公安局报案。通过DNA比对和多方调查，警方认定，这批种子的生产商为法国威马蔬菜种子公司，在中国的经销商为大连米可多国际种苗有限公司，这两家企业同属于法国最大的种业集团??利马格兰集团。刘德明他们拿到的种子虽然与“红誉6号”均为同一企业生产，但成品率与产量却有极大差异。
“这批种子到内蒙古之前，已经过多次倒卖。”据警方介绍，种子先是从海外运至大连米可多公司，然后销售到哈尔滨艾利姆农业科技有限公司，该公司又将种子卖给了黑龙江人李春丽(经销种子的个体户)和河北人祁庆龙(经销种子的个体户)，他们倒手给河北永清种植户刘艳武，加价后卖给了金丰公司。
正蓝旗公安局经侦大队指导员孙权龙表示，这是一起典型的销售假种子案件，鉴于案值数额巨大，李春丽、祁庆龙、刘艳武、艾利姆农业科技有限公司负责人崔成日等4名犯罪嫌疑人被警方刑拘，后被取保候审。
