 Data compatible with the Electone (protected data)
After purchasing this type of data from the dedicated site and downloading it using Musicsoft
Downloader, the data must be saved to a compatible USB flash drive. This type of song data cannot
be saved to any other type of media. Never save to your computer’s hard disk drive, such as Local
Disk (C:). Please make sure to use only compatible USB flash drives listed in the Compatible USB
Device List downloadable from the Yamaha website. Use of unsupported devices may result in a loss
of data. Electone data contains both or either Registrations and recorded performances.
Always use Musicsoft Downloader when moving protected Songs on the computer. If you move the
protected Song data on the computer without the Musicsoft Downloader application, the Song cannot
be played back.
